Our technicians reside in 21,000 square feet of this space, and the office staff fills the other 6,000 square feet. All 27,000 square feet specifically designed to repair your vehicle right the first time, on time!"</p>

"Even though we’ve been here since 1999, some of our customers still have a hard time finding the repair facility. You can see this sign from 35th Street, either east of Marquette or west of Harrison streets, by looking north on Vine Street. We also have a Bettendorf office pictured a couple of woofs later."

"Welcome to our ‘family room!’ This is where you will receive an estimate, drop–off your vehicle for repairs and take delivery of it when we’re done."

"Our Reception and Estimating folks are here to make your stay comfortable, answer your questions and help process your repair paperwork. This is the first part of Arnold's CARE!"

"This area of the building holds 4 vehicles with room left over. It’s where you will meet our lead estimator as he inspects your vehicle for damage prior to preparing the paperwork portion of the quote. This indoor facility also is one of our inspection areas."

"This is the area where the structure or frame is ‘squared’ or repaired...and sometimes even replaced."

"Many years ago, the term ‘body-work’ took place in this area of the facility. And, the same type of work still occurs now."

"In today’s world, there is more replacement than repair of outer body panels because of cost and types of materials used other than steel. The technology used in the collision area is much more sophisticated today."

We have webcasts, speakers and ‘lunch & learn’ for all the folks here as part of the education requirements. We even have continuing education classes here for the insurance industry. This is also where we have the Christmas party for our kids!"
